What areas do you serve? LRA Party Rentals proudly serves Green Bay, De Pere, Howard, Suamico, and Wrightstown and surrounding Greater Green Bay areas. If you’re outside our standard delivery area, contact us and we may still be able to accommodate your event.

Do you deliver and set up the inflatables? Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you can focus on enjoying your event.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer events. Popular inflatables and dates can book quickly.
Are the inflatables cleaned and sanitized? Absolutely. All inflatables and rental equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental.
What happens if it rains or there is bad weather? Safety is our top priority. If severe weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible. Weather policies will be outlined during booking.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on? Most inflatables can be set up on: Grass Turf Pavement Concrete Gym floors We’ll help determine the best setup option for your event.
Do I need to provide electricity? Yes, a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance is typically required. If power is unavailable, generator options may be available.
How much space is needed for an inflatable? Each inflatable has different space requirements. Product pages will list the recommended setup area, including additional safety clearance.
Are adults allowed on the inflatables? Most inflatables are suitable for older kids and adults, while others are designed specifically for younger children. Weight and occupancy guidelines must always be followed.

Can I rent tables and chairs without an inflatable? Yes! Tables, chairs, concessions, and other event equipment can often be rented separately depending on availability.
