Welcome to Let’s Run Around! Green Bay’s first self-serve indoor playground. Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to email us at info@letsrunaround.com.

What is a self-serve playground?

Let’s Run Around operates as a self-serve indoor playground. This means:

• You purchase a pass or membership online or at the door.

• You receive a unique access code that allows you to enter and exit the building between 8 AM and 8 PM.

• An adult must stay with the child at all times. Children may not be dropped off under any circumstances.

• Our staff is present to clean and maintain the space, but they are not responsible for supervising children.

• Adults are never permitted to enter the playground without a child.

Do I need to pay for my baby?

Children under 12 months old are free when accompanied by a paid sibling.

How is the playground kept secure?

Safety is one of our top priorities. Our system includes:

• A signed waiver required before entry.

• A unique access code for each guest.

• A photo taken at the door during check-in.

• Security cameras and entry monitoring to track who enters and exits at all times.

• Staff helping maintain safety thorughout the day​

What are your hours?

We are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 361 days a year.

 

Can we bring food?

Yes, outside food is allowed. We also offer:

• A designated picnic area

• A coffee shop ran by Kompound Cafe.

• A micro market with snacks and drinks available for purchase

Do adults need to pay?

No. Each child’s pass or membership includes two adults at no additional charge.

• The adults may be rotated (e.g., one day it’s parents, another day it’s grandparents).

• Additional adults may enter for $5 per person.

• Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter the facility.

• ​

Can I buy one membership and switch between kids?

No. Each child must have their own membership, whether monthly or annual.

If you have one child who comes regularly and another who visits occasionally, you can:

• Purchase a membership for the child who comes often.

• Pay the daily admission rate for the child who visits occasionally.

When is your opening date?

We are planning to open on September 30th. 

However, all memberships will officially begin on October 15th. This allows us a little buffer time to make sure the space is fully ready and operational before memberships begin.

When can I buy a membership?

Memberships are available now. Whether you choose a monthly or annual membership and you can pick your own date to start.

What are your prices?

Do you offer discounts or EBT assistance?

Currently, we do not offer EBT discounts or financial assistance.

As a small, family-owned business, we do not receive grants or outside funding, which affects our pricing. Everything you see at Let’s Run Around has been thoughtfully designed and personally funded to bring something special to the community.

We are actively working with local businesses that are interested in sponsoring families or community organizations. If anything changes regarding discounts or funding assistance, we will post updates on our website and social media.

How long are birthday parties?

Birthday parties include a 2.5-hour private room rental, which covers both setup and cleanup time.

Guests who attend the party will have all-day access to the playground using your party code.

How many children can fit in a party room?

Each party room includes:

• Three large tables that seat approximately 24 children

• One  additional table for food, gifts, or decor

 

Do you offer weekday room rentals or field trips?

Yes! Our party rooms are available for weekday rentals and are perfect for:

• Field trips

• Homeschool groups

• Girl or Boy Scouts

• Holiday parties

• Other private events

Can daily passes sell out or be paused?

Yes. If the playground becomes overly full or crowded, we may temporarily pause the sale of daily passes to ensure that the space remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

We follow all fire code regulations and comply with guidelines provided by the local fire marshal.

Because we are open 12 hours per day, we hope traffic will naturally spread throughout the day and that pass limits won’t often be necessary.
