Rules
SUPERVISION
All children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) at all times. Adults should interact with or maintain visual contact with their children in the play areas. Younger children must be escorted to the restrooms. Failure to supervise may result in being asked to leave the park.

CLOTHING
Bare feet and high heels are prohibited. Clean athletic shoes or socks must be worn at all times. To help keep the playground clean, please avoid using muddy or dirty shoes in the play area. Remove any jewelry before play for safety.
PAYMENT
Admission is required for all children up to 17 years old. Babies under 1 year are free with a paid sibling. There is no charge for supervising adults. Entering with more children than paid for may result in an automatic charge plus a $20 administrative fee.

ENTRANCE CODE
Sharing your entrance code is strictly prohibited. You will be responsible for any children who enter using a code you’ve shared. Do not hold doors open for unpaid or unknown individuals.

SECURITY
Do not allow unauthorized people to follow you through entrance doors.

PARTIES & CELEBRATIONS
Parties and celebrations, including birthday decorations, cake, and gift exchanges, are not allowed unless a party room has been reserved. Violations may incur a $400 charge and future bans from the park.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following are not allowed in the play area: gum, glass containers, pins, personal toys, cooking devices, piñatas, paint projects, small games, presents, gift bags, birthday cakes, and alcoholic beverages. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is also prohibited.

TOYS & EQUIPMENT
All necessary play equipment is provided. Outside toys, including items like Hot Wheels, marbles, jump ropes, frisbees, skateboards, and sports equipment, are not allowed.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Food and beverages are permitted only in the designated picnic area. Please clean the tables, chairs, and floors after use. Reserving or holding tables is not allowed—please occupy tables only when actively using them, allowing others to share the space.
SAFETY & CLEANLINESS
Children showing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, coughing) or contagious conditions should not visit for at least 24 hours after symptoms end. Adults are responsible for reporting and cleaning up spills and biological incidents, including using provided first aid and clean-up kits. Children who vomit must leave immediately, and failure to report or clean up may result in a ban.

SPECIFIC PLAY AREAS
Certain areas have additional rules. Adults must decide if play areas are suitable for their children and ensure they follow posted guidelines.
