How to Log In
Log in to your MEMBER PORTAL by selecting the Member Login button at the top of our website. Use the email and password you created when you purchased your membership.
Forgot Your Password?
No problem!
Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Reset Password." A reset link will be emailed to you right away.
How to Find Your PIN / Entrance Code
Your PIN code (used to access the facility) is available in your Member Portal:

Log into the Member Portal using your email and password.

Navigate to Active/Pending Credentials.

Look at the Credential field next to your current membership.

A green circle means your PIN is active.
-
A yellow or red circle may indicate an expired or past-due membership.

How to Cancel a Membership
Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
To cancel:

Log into the Member Portal.

Under Memberships, find your current plan.

Click the small red calendar icon and follow the prompts.
How to Add Purchases or Guest Passes
To add products (like socks or day passes):

Log into your Member Portal.
-
Select "Products" in the upper right corner.

Add items to your cart and check out like a regular online purchase.

How to Update Payment Information
To update your billing info:

Log into the Member Portal.

On the left side of the screen, go to Payment Method and follow the prompts.​
