About Let’s Run Around
Let’s Run Around is a family-owned, access-controlled indoor playground built for kids to move, explore, and play. While giving parents a clean, welcoming space they enjoy being in. Our model is intentionally simple and self-serve, allowing families to book and enter independently while our team focuses on maintaining a safe, well-run environment.
We’re looking for a full-time manager to help lead our team, support daily operations, and ensure our space continues to run smoothly.
About This Role
The Full-Time Manager plays a key leadership role at Let’s Run Around. This position helps oversee staff, supports training, assists with customer concerns when needed, and works closely with ownership to support day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role that balances leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and helping a small business thrive.
Schedule Expectations
Typically 3–4 weekdays, plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Weekend shifts are flexible
We currently have a weekend supervisor, so the manager is not required to work every weekend.
The manager will occasionally work weekends to stay connected with the team and support the supervisor
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee and support daily staff operations✔ Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members✔ Serve as a point of contact for staff questions or concerns✔ Help handle customer concerns professionally as they arise✔ Support scheduling and ensure shifts are appropriately covered✔ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are met✔ Communicate regularly with ownership and provide operational feedback✔ Assist with special events, busy days, or additional needs as required

Position: Playground Attendant
Location: Ashwaubenon, Wi
Type: Part- Time, Flexible Hours
About This Job:
Let’s Run Around is a fully self-serve, access-controlled indoor playground. Families book their own play sessions and enter the facility with secure access — so there’s no front desk, no constant supervision, and no heavy customer interaction required.
This is a hands-off, behind-the-scenes role focused on keeping the space clean, safe, and ready for families to enjoy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✔ Light cleaning and tidying of the playground and party rooms
✔ Wiping down surfaces and sanitizing equipment during or after busy times
✔ Restocking supplies like paper towels, hand sanitizer, and trash bags
✔ Checking/ Prepping private party rooms before and after rentals
✔ Checking that doors, access systems, and general safety features are functioning properly
✔ Occasionally assisting with light customer questions if you're onsite during play hours
✔ Helping with deep cleaning or special event setup, when scheduled
